DAILY BULLETIN FOR JANUARY 19, 2018
Today’s lunch menu is max pizza sticks with marinara sauce or chicken patty on whole grain bun, cooked carrots, vegetable bar, fruit and milk.

Alacarte items are available only for students who have money in their lunch account.
There will be a late bus today.
Girls basketball at Spring Grove. 7/8th grade player bus will leave at 3:20. JV and varsity bus will leave Preston at 4:30 and Harmony at 4:50.
TOMORROW: Varsity wrestling tournament at Robinsdale Cooper. Bus will leave Harmony tomorrow at 4:50 AM and Preston at 5:10 AM. Dance Conference meet at Wabasha. Van will leave Harmony at 7:30 AM and Preston at 7:50 AM. Also tomorrow, Conference One Act at Caledonia. Bus will leave Harmony at 7 AM.
Summer Rec is looking for summer rec staff. A full job description can be found on the posting in the office window and on the school website. Applications can be found on the school website and any school office. Application deadline is March 1, 2018.
Photo Club: Bring in photos of winter. They are due on Monday the 22nd.
Today is the last day of 2nd quarter and 1st semester. Come Tuesday morning, January 23, all students will meet in the varsity gym at 8:20 and your class advisors will hand out your 2nd semester class schedules. In the meantime, get all your work turned in today for the end of the quarter and if you are unable to, make a plan with your teacher so you can finish up in a timely manner. Ultimately, all incomplete work must be turned in by Thursday, January 25.
Juniors and Seniors-A representative from Minnesota West Community and Technical College will be here next Friday, January 26th at 11:00. Sign up in the office and get a pass.
Any 10th, 11th or 12th grader who is interested in taking the ASVAB test should sign up with Mrs. Olstad in the guidance office by February 16th. The ASVAB provides career exploration and planning. Although the ASVAB is used as an entrance exam for the armed services, you do not need to be going into the service to take the ASVAB! It can be used as a great practice tool to help prepare for the ACT., And... the ASVAB is free!

Your child was given registration information for Driver's Education on Friday, January 5th. This information can also be found under Quick Links for Students, or may be picked up in the high school office.
Lanesboro Community Theater is recruiting actors to try-out for their next community play, And Then They Came For Me: Remembering the World of Anne Frank. Auditions are Sunday, Feb. 18th. Mrs. Whitacre is in possession of a script that you can peruse; and informational flyers are in the hallways and office window.
