Mrs. Thomas

Hi! My name is Amanda Thomas! I am one of the High School Special Education Teachers. I graduated from Fillmore Central in 2007. I then attended Winona State University where I received my Bachelors of Science in Special Education: Learning Disabilities and Developmental Disabilities. I worked at Leroy-Ostrander for three years as the Elementary Autism Teacher. While working at LeRoy, I went back to school through Hamline University and received my Autism Spectrum Disorders License. I also have my Work Based Learning License which I achieved later on in life!

I absolutely love what I do and am excited to be working back in my former school. If you have any questions or concerns please don’t hesitate to ask.
